Operations Manager (Part-Time): We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support our Executive Director and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. This part-time, hybrid role will be based out of our Washington, DC office and combines responsibilities in bookkeeping, office operations, and administrative support.

Nate Radomski

Executive Director

Nate has been Executive Director at American Jesuits International since 2018. Before joining American Jesuits International (then Magis Americas), Nate spent four years with Federación International de Fe y Alegría in Bogotá and Madrid, where he led the Friends of Fe y Alegría initiative. He has also worked as Program Coordinator of Reading to Kids, a literacy non-profit organization in Los Angeles, and he lived in Ecuador, where he was an international volunteer with Fundación Rostro de Cristo. Nate has traveled extensively across Latin America and the Caribbean for work and brings to American Jesuits International a wealth of experience in project development/management. He holds a BA in Journalism from DePaul University and a MSW from Boston College’s School of Social Work. Nate speaks English and Spanish.

Ixchel Palencia

Projects Manager

Ixchel joined American Jesuits International in 2021 as the Projects Coordinator. Since July 2024, she has held the role of Projects Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in program and project management. Most recently she worked with Heifer International as the Americas Regional Program Manager supporting and overseeing field offices in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Haiti. Prior to Heifer International, Ixchel worked with Word Business Council for Sustainable Development in Honduras. This underlines her strong background in capacity building as well as program and project management. Ixchel holds a MA in Environmental Socioeconomics from the The Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Center in Costa Rica and a BA in Agriculture and Rural Development from Zamorano Pan American Agricultural University in Honduras. Ixchel speaks English and Spanish.

Allison Doerr

Development Manager

Allison joined American Jesuits International in March 2022 as the Development Officer – Individual Giving. Since July 2024, she has held the role of Development Manager. Before joining American Jesuits International (then Magis Americas), Allison spent four years with Farm of the Child, where as Program Administrator she led the organization’s strategic growth and development initiatives. She also served as an international volunteer for Farm of the Child in Honduras for two years. Allison is committed to the right to education having taught Spanish language at Jesuit High School in Tampa and St. Dominic High School in O’Fallon, Missouri. She holds a double BA in Spanish and Philosophy from Southern Illinois University. Allison speaks English and Spanish. 

John Byrd

Communications Manager

John joined American Jesuits International in January 2023 as the Communications Coordinator. Since July 2024, he has held the role of Communications Manager. Before joining American Jesuits International (then Magis Americas), John spent over six years working for Pastoral MAG+S in Spain first as Communications Coordinator and later as Office Manager and Activities Coordinator. John also served two years with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Tacna, Peru and participated in the Casa de la Solidaridad program in El Salvador. John has a strong background in mission-driven communication and holds a double BA in Philosophy and Theology from Fordham University and a MA in Ignatian Pedagogy from the Universities of Deusto, Loyola and Comillas in Spain. He also participated in the first cohort of the Faith Communicators in the Digital World program run by the Dicastery for Communications of the Vatican and is now a tutor for the same program. John speaks English and Spanish.

Fr. Taroh Amédé, S.J.

Development Officer

Fr. Taroh Amédé, S.J. has been Development Officer at American Jesuits International since July 2024. Prior to joining American Jesuits International, Taroh spent two years working with African Jesuit Aids Network (AJAN) as an Assistant Director and Human Resources Manager. Taroh holds a BA in Philosophy from Saint Pierre Canisius (D.R. Congo), a BA in Theology from Hekima University College (Kenya), and a licentiate in Theology from Boston College. Taroh–who is originally from Ndjamena, Chad–is a Jesuit priest and a member of the West Africa Province. Taroh speaks English, French, Murum, Ngambaye, and Arabic.

Fr. Robenson Siquitte, S.J.

Development Officer

Fr. Robenson Siquitte, S.J., joined American Jesuits International as Development Officer in August 2025. He was born in Delmas, Port-au-Prince, Haiti and, after completing his novitiate in Haiti, he pursued philosophy studies in Bogotá, Colombia. For his regency, he served in Ouanaminthe, northeastern Haiti, with the Jesuit Migrant Service/Solidarité Fwontalye, where he promoted the rights of Haitian migrants and stateless persons in both Haiti and the Dominican Republic, while also teaching philosophy of education to Fe y Alegría teachers. He later earned a Master of Divinity at Regis College (University of Toronto) and, following his ordination, completed a Licentiate in Sacred Theology in systematic theology at Boston College. Most recently, Robenson served with Del Camino Jesuit Border Ministries at the U.S.-Mexico border. He speaks Creole, French, Spanish, and English.
