Global Solidarity, Local Action

Motivated by our Ignatian values, we support the works and initiatives of the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) which are responding to the challenges faced by communities in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. With nearly 500 years of experience offering quality education to those on the margins, the Jesuits are already promoting innovative, inclusive education models that ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.

With support from generous individuals and organizations in the United States, we are working to remove barriers, strengthen teacher training, and create pathways to autonomy and employment for children and youth with disabilities, helping them gain the skills and confidence to fully participate in society.

Defending the right to quality education for all students

How you can help right now.

Across Latin America and the Caribbean, a brighter future is being shaped through meaningful access to early childhood education. We know that our shared Ignatian values call us to care for all children from the earliest stages of life and onward. Our first 1,000 days project is aimed at caring for children now so they can be protagonists of a brighter future for us all.

By strengthening educational frameworks, implementing pilot programs that other schools can learn from, strengthening vocational trainings, and documenting key evidence on the impact of educational quality in early childhood, strengthening advocacy, sustainability, and scalability, we are transforming early childhood education in Latin America.
