Nate Radomski Joins the Executive Committee of the Xavier Network

We’re thrilled to see Nate step into this role and continue representing American Jesuits International on the global stage.

American Jesuits International is incredibly proud to share that our Executive Director, Nate Radomski, has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Xavier Network. This global network comprises 14 mission offices and development NGOs from Jesuit Provinces across Europe, North America, and Australia. Together, they support mission and development efforts around the world, and we at AJI couldn’t be more excited to see Nate take on this important role in shaping the next chapter of the network’s growth.

Reflecting on the opportunity, Nate shared:

“It’s an honor to join the Executive Committee of the Xavier Network, and I’m deeply grateful for the trust my colleagues have placed in me. This network is a great example of how Jesuit organizations can come together to amplify the impact we are each having on the margins. Our shared work is greater than the sum of our individual contributions. I’m looking forward to working alongside such dedicated partners to continue this important work.”

Since joining American Jesuits International (formerly Magis Americas) in 2018, Nate has led our organization with passion and vision, strengthening partnerships and expanding our global impact. His experience with Fe y Alegría, Fundación Rostro de Cristo, and other international organizations has given him a deep understanding of the challenges vulnerable communities face—and how global solidarity and Ignatian values can help meet those needs.

“Jesuit organizations around the world do incredible work, and the Xavier Network helps us amplify that impact,” Nate said. “By sharing resources, ideas, and strategies, we can be more effective as we respond to the Jesuits’ call to ‘walk with the excluded.’ In today’s world, this kind of collective action is more important than ever.”

The Xavier Network’s President, Fr. Dalibor Renić SJ, welcomed Nate’s appointment, recognizing the experience and dedication he brings to the team. In his letter, Fr. Renić noted that, “Nate joins the current members of the Executive Committee: Fr. Martín Iriberri SJ (ALBOAN – Entreculturas), Ms. Katrin Morales (Jesuiten Weltweit Austria), and our Coordinator, Ms. Jenny Cafiso (Canadian Jesuits International).”

We’re thrilled to see Nate step into this role and continue representing American Jesuits International on the global stage. His leadership and commitment to faith and justice inspire us every day, and we know he’ll bring the same energy and dedication to the Xavier Network. Congratulations, Nate!
